The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button [Buy] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
Exchange is possible within 14 days. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. This period is deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must bear the costs of returning the goods. Personalised products are excluded from exchange.
Viola Lumos accepts no liability for mistakes made when entering the address and the possible consequences thereof.
Payment can be made either by advance payment or Paypal. If you choose the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
The delivery takes place within the EU, USA, Japan, and China.
